Boooooo For Drunk People!
I got hit by an uninsured drunk driver.
There's no other way to say it. And I wasn't even in my vehicle. I was driving a 2008 Honda Accord, which was on loan to us from a dealership. I wasn't injured, but the car surely was. The drunk man hit me and ran, but I got this license plate number. I thought that everything was going to be just fine...
The police showed up and informed me that they caught the hit-and-runner. He was definately drunk, and had actually hit another person a block down from where he hit me. They arrested him and got all of his "insurance" information. Come to find out, he has no insurance, aka, he doesn't have to take financial responsibilty for his actions.
Anyway, to make a long story short. My Jeep has been in the shop for over a month, and we now have to pay for the stupid decisions of a drunk man. But look on the bright side...It can only get better from here.

Better Late Than Never
So a few weekends ago, the Tingles and the McCartneys took a trip to Adi's hometown to go JetSkiing! Here are some pictures of the fun times!
This is Brandon's 1st time EVER on a kneeboard! He did so awesome!
He even figured out how to do 360's!
And Garrett, Brandon's younger brother, took time out of his busy schedule to hang out with us! :) Amazingly, he was able to get up on the knee board his 1st time too!
Athletic talents come naturally to the Tingle boys...
Anyway, we had a blast. Thanks Adi & Mike for inviting us to come along with you!!!

Our Fishing Adventures
Saturday, Brandon & I went fishing. Here are some pictures of our wonderful day o' fish...
The 1st place we went, we didn't have much luck...and Blaze didn't either. First, he electrocuted himself on an electric fence. Then he fell in the pond/bayou twice! With all of the gilly weed in the water, he thought that he could walk on it. :)
We didn't have any luck at all, so we headed out to Mike & Adi's house where they have a pond within walking distance. I scored the 1st two fishies. :)
Once Brandon figured out a good lure to use, he caught a fish on every cast from then on...
And Blaze had a much better time at this pond too. He investigated the fish we caught and played with the ducks. It was a great day for everyone! :)

Sneak Preview!
For the past few days, Brandon and I have gone fishing... a lot! So while I'm trying to find the USB cord for my camera to show all of the pictures we've taken, here's one from my phone.
On this particular day, Mike & Adi, Brandon, and I all went fishing... however, I was the only one who caught a fish. Everyone was having bites but they weren't getting hooked. :(
Anyway, here's my cute little brim fish!
So...Brandon just sent me this one too! This is from yesterday. I caught a whopper of a brim (Mike said it was a hybrid). It doesn't look very big but for a brim, it's a really good size!
