Sammy the Goat

Yes. I am offically a country bumkin. 8)

A little while back, Brandon and I bought a goat. Yes. A goat. And we named him Sammy. He's a cute little goat, and he has a cute little collar. Anyway, we bought him beacuse there is an area that we can't mow on our property where the weeds and grass are REALLY thick. So Sammy's job is to eat them. He's doing a great job!

Swimming

The other day we went swimming at a neighbor's house. They told us that their dogs love to go swimming, so we decided to see if Blaze and Boudreaux (Mr. Brette's pup) would like it. Here are some pics and you can see for yourself. 8)

Boudreaux loved floating on the raft...But that may have been b/c he was afraid of the neighbor's weeny dogs. 8)

Blaze wasn't a huge fan of the water, but he was just fine if I was holding him.

The Mummy - Nothing but Cheese and Corn

This movie was soooo bad! Brandon and I went to see it on the opening night and we expecting a movie like the previous two... Serious but with a few cheesy jokes here and there. Unfortuantely, we got a movie that was just...corny. (Perhaps our expectations we set too high.) We just couldn't handle it... Never have I walked out of a movie because it was too silly to watch, but that one did me in.

Anyway, Brandon told me that I HAD to blog about it and let everyone one know. Don't waste $20 going to see it in the theatre. If you really have to see it, wait til it comes out and rent it.

...Mamma Mia was good, so try to see that one instead. 8)
